📋 What is the right to be forgotten?

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Article 17, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. This right allows you to have the information we hold about you deleted, subject to certain conditions provided by law.

📝 What data can you have deleted?

  • Account data — Name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, phone number
  • Order history — Details of your purchases (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Browsing data — Cookies, preferences, login history
  • Communications — Messages sent via the contact form
  • Newsletter — E-mail address and subscription preferences

⚠️ Legal limitations

Certain data must be retained in accordance with the law:

  • Invoices and accounting data — Mandatory retention of 10 years
  • Tax data — Mandatory retention of 6 years
  • Data required for ongoing litigation

✉️ How to exercise your right?

It's simple and free. Send us your request by one of the following methods:

  1. By e-mail to contact@akimania.fr with the subject "Right to be Forgotten"
  2. By post to WebPoint SARL, 25 boulevard des Dames, 13002 Marseille
  3. Attach proof of identity (copy of ID document)

Processing time: Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the erasure has been completed.
