Particularity of the Training-Distribution CSV. Unlike other suppliers, the "Reference" changes for each size (e.g. `R_N_GEN_0535_XS`, `_S`, `_M`, `_L`, `_XL` — all different). • UTF-8 safe: truncation uses mb_substr(), never cut in the middle of a multi-byte character
• Graphic format: em-dash (—) + middot (·) for clear visual readability
• Native reference per product: the CSV "Reference" is used as Product::reference (native PS field)
