Non, la suppression est définitive et irréversible. C'est pourquoi le module WP Delete Order intègre plusieurs sécurités : une confirmation obligatoire avant chaque suppression et un système de logs complet qui enregistre toutes les suppressions effectuées (qui, quand, quelle commande). Nous vous recommandons de toujours vérifier les détails de la commande affichés avant de confirmer la suppression. Si vous avez besoin de conserver des données, pensez à les exporter avant la suppression.
Le module propose une option de restauration automatique du stock lors de la suppression d'une commande. Lorsque vous activez cette option, les quantités de produits qui étaient réservées pour la commande supprimée sont automatiquement remises en stock. Cela évite les erreurs d'inventaire et vous n'avez pas besoin de réajuster manuellement vos stocks. Cette fonctionnalité est particulièrement utile pour les commandes de test ou les commandes annulées où le stock a été décrémenté mais les produits n'ont jamais été expédiés.
Oui, WP Delete Order est compatible avec toutes les versions de PrestaShop de la 1.6.0.0 jusqu'à la 9.99.99, ce qui couvre l'ensemble des versions actuelles et futures. Le module a été développé par WebPoint en respectant les standards de PrestaShop pour garantir une compatibilité maximale.
