Opus Intent Contact repose sur un système de règles d'intention que vous configurez vous-même. Lorsqu'une de ces règles se déclenche, un bouton de contact contextuel apparaît automatiquement et ouvre un formulaire adapté à la situation. Vous gardez un contrôle total sur les seuils et les conditions de déclenchement, ce qui garantit une intervention discrète et pertinente, sans jamais gêner la navigation du client.
Absolument. Le module vous permet de créer autant de profils de formulaires que nécessaire, chacun étant associé à une règle d'intention spécifique. Par exemple, vous pouvez avoir un formulaire simple « Besoin d'aide ? » sur les fiches produits et un formulaire plus détaillé avec des champs de compatibilité après un long scroll. Les champs sont entièrement personnalisables : texte, email, téléphone, zone de texte libre, listes déroulantes (select), boutons radio, cases à cocher, champ de consentement RGPD, ainsi que des titres et paragraphes pour structurer le formulaire. Prérequis
