Non, vos clients ne seront pas notifiés lorsque vous vous connectez à leur compte. Le module utilise des tokens de connexion chiffrés à usage unique qui permettent une connexion transparente. Cependant, pour des raisons de traçabilité et de conformité légale, toutes les connexions sont enregistrées dans un journal d'audit interne accessible uniquement aux administrateurs. Ce journal contient l'employé connecté, le client ciblé, l'adresse IP et la date/heure de connexion.
Absolument pas ! C'est justement l'un des principaux avantages de ce module. Vous n'avez jamais besoin de demander ou connaître le mot de passe du client. La connexion se fait en un seul clic depuis 3 endroits du back-office : la liste des clients, la fiche client ou la page de détail d'une commande. Le module génère un token sécurisé temporaire qui vous permet d'accéder au compte client avec tous ses éléments (panier, adresses, règles de réduction, wishlist) sans compromettre la sécurité.
Oui, le module est compatible avec toutes les versions de PrestaShop de la 1.6.0.0 jusqu'à la 9.99.99, ce qui inclut toutes les versions actuelles et futures prévisibles. Un point très important : le module n'effectue aucune modification des fichiers core de PrestaShop (il utilise uniquement les hooks natifs et les overrides Twig de module). Cela signifie que vous pouvez mettre à jour PrestaShop sans risque de conflit ou de perte de fonctionnalité. Les mises à jour du module sont également gratuites.
Le module respecte le système de permissions natif de PrestaShop. Seuls les administrateurs et les employés explicitement autorisés peuvent utiliser la fonction de connexion en tant que client. Vous pouvez configurer ces permissions dans la gestion des profils employés de votre back-office. De plus, le module intègre une protection qui empêche la connexion sur les comptes invités (guest) et un système de journal d'audit complet qui enregistre toutes les utilisations pour une traçabilité totale.
